Mr. M.M. Jha , the Jt. Secretary in the Deptt. of Education, MHRD has been associated with the education related projects both at centre as well as the state levels. He launched the BEP in Bihar and also initiated establishment of a State Open School in Bihar.

PD.RUDRA KUMAR JHA :Lying in the heart of Satpura Valley,Chhindwara, a small hilly town in M.P. is known for its scenic beauty and natural heritage. It is no ordinary Indian country town but boasts of being the workplace of the internationally acclaimed artist Mr.P. D. Jha.

His father Mr. D. L. Jha was a staunch Aryasamaji, firmly against idolatry. Inspite of being an orthodox Aryasamaji the overwhelmed father encouraged his son to bloom into an artist par excellence, realising that a talent-de-extraordinaire has come into his cradle. Even as a child the boy could feel the rhythm of colours and mould the clay into beautiful shapes.
